Like Father Like Daughter

So I'm always complaining that my dad drives like an old guy.
One thing I notice is that he always waits a few seconds before he pulls into an intersection after stopping for a red light. It turns green. He sits there. I'm usually like...Dad, its green. Go. lol
But I stopped doing that cuz he would always get mad and say I know I know, I'm going.
Anyways, I realized today that I've started to pick up on that habbit. Instead of just going when it's green I look both ways and make sure everyone else is going to stop. It's a really good thing I do that because today I was driving to get a drink from Taco Bell...
The light turned green and the guy next to me was waiting so I looked both ways and saw a green SUV speeding towards the intersection. I waited and layed on my horn, hoping people around me would get the signal that this retard was NOT going to stop. He flew through the intersection about 2 seconds after our light turned green. It was freaking crazy!!

So I thought I would come home and write a blog about it...
Scary stuff happens out there! Be careful on the roads, people.
That said, I'm off to babysit for the night. Text me if you get bored because I'll be sitting on my butt while the girls are in bed.
