I will be honest with you, I've only ever watched Star Trek when I was little with my mom and occasionally at work. I like it well enough, but I'm not obsessed with seeing every episode.
Tonight, Sean and I went to see the new Star Trek movie. It was amazing. I'm not sure if it was amazing because of the special effects, the sexy Captain Kirk, or the GIGANTIC IMAX SCREEN. That's right folks, I saw Star Trek on IMAX. It was incredible!! The story line actually kept my attention throughout the movie. That is a hard task for a movie to achieve. The special effects, as I said before, were spectacular. The sexy Captain Kirk was my icing on the cake. Even Spok was sorta cute in a weird, vulcan-type way.
So, while the Star Trek movie is probably the best movie I have seen this year, it didn't top Iron Man. (Oh, for those of you who are keeping track: Spiderman was good [I still haven't watched all of the 3rd one], I liked Fantastic 4 [both movies], I haven't watched any of the X-men movies all the way through, Iron Man topped all of the previous movies but two. Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are the best movies I have seen and will ever see.)

Star Trek isn't even a Marvel Comic's Movie.
I shouldn't be writing this much when it's this late.
Oh, by the way, I might have broken my nose. Or bruised the bone or something. I banged it on Sean's forhead accidently yesterday. I woke up this morning and it was throbbing and tender to the touch. It's not swollen, bleeding, or shaped funny but it hurts like crazy.
No big deal, though. I'm pretty sure I'm accident prone. Did I ever mention that within the first few days of us going officially going out (the first time) he accidently gave me a black eye. That was fun, too.
Good night guys, I'm headed to bed.
P.S. I highly suggest you all see Star Trek. If you can see it in IMAX, that is the ultimate movie experience (for this particular movie, at least).
